On the plate, entirely home-cooked cuisine based on fresh, organic, short-run produce, with Mediterranean and Asian influences. In the glass, a menu "made in Languedoc" with over 200 mainly natural products, some of which are available to take away! But also organic softs, craft beers, locally-roasted organic coffee and much more.
