"Le Comptoir de l'Evesque" is located in the heart of an old barn converted into a restaurant with two air-conditioned rooms for 50 guests and a shaded terrace for up to 100.

Situated equidistant between the villages of Sauve and Quissac, at the gateway to the Cévennes and 30 km from Nîmes and Alès, "Le Comptoir de l'Evesque", its chef Céline, a Maître Restaurateur, and her team offer local, seasonal cuisine, using short-run produce from the restaurant's own kitchen garden. Their hybrid cuisine blends the flavors of southern France and Brittany.
